These supervisions can be organized preventively on a regular basis in order to ensure the smooth running of a team already in place, but they can also be useful in more acute situations of change or crisis.

The organizational challenges of teamwork can sometimes be complex. The help of an external professional can provide a different perspective on the dysfunctions of the team and set in motion the dynamics that are sometimes crystallized within an organization.
